Welcome to Gulf Region OAUG (formerly FLOAUG)!

The Gulf Region OAUG (includes Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and the Caribbean) is a geographic user group dedicated to increasing its members' knowledge and understanding of Oracle application products. Our mission is to improve the success of the Gulf Region Oracle community through a unique support group composed of professionals and experts who share ideas, solutions, and experiences related to the selection, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Oracle applications.

The Gulf Region is a perfect venue to collaborate with your peers. We meet several times a year to provide educational and networking opportunities for Oracle users, prospective users, Oracle representatives, consultants, third party product companies, and other interested parties.

The Gulf Region, an affiliate of the OAUG, is independent of Oracle Corporation. Membership is FREE and OPEN to all Gulf Region Oracle application users. Join the community of users, managers, executives and third-party solution providers to increase productivity and maximize your return on investment in Oracle Applications.

To Sponsor Gulf Region

To qualify as a sponsor, a company or organization must contribute materially to the success of this user group in fulfilling its mission. Examples of sponsorship include hosting our Web site, contributing to conferences, donating goods for raffles, and providing administrative services.

There are many benefits to sponsorship.

  • a linked name on our sponsor page
  • listing in the meeting announcements
  • conference presentation opportunities
  • listing of sponsor news on our homepage, and
  • personal exposure to over 150 Florida Oracle application users

To Present at GROAUG Meeting
We welcome speakers at our meetings. For each meeting, a call for presentations is mailed to the general membership. A committee then decides which presentations to place on the agenda. Note that it is rare that a 3rd party product presentation be selected for the agenda unless it is part of a user case study, and the user company is participating in the presentation.
